Please understand that the practice depends on the reimbursement from the patients' families for the costs incurred in their care. Payment for professional services is due at the time of treatment. Every effort will be made to provide a plan that fits each family's timetable and budget while offering superior care to every patient. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards and major credit cards. As an additional option, we also provide third party financing through CareCredit.
We are providers for Delta Dental, Metlife, Aetna and Anthem Blue Cross. We will also help file claims for other major PPO insurance plans as a courtesy. Please be familiar with your insurance benefits to help us with this process. We will file an electronic claim which your insurance company, by law, is required to pay within 30 days of receipt. Please keep in mind that the existing contract is between your insurance company and you or your employer.
